Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 business hours. If this is a pre order wait times will apply. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be contacted via email.

International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE SHIPPING $35

We use AUS POST International. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Occasionally an order may fall outside the estimated delivery window. As per Australia post policy.

Please note that Swoon Sips is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.

Swoon Sips is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.
