Organic black tea, cinnamon chips, ginger chips, cardamom seeds, cardamom pods, peppercorns, cracked cloves, nutmeg chips, whole star anise.

Bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing 1 tea bag with 1 cup of boiling water. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes. Remove the teabag and enjoy. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily, as required.
